The equipment is mainly composed of a raw material storage system, a batching weighing system, a conveying system, a mixing system, a gas phase balance system, a packaging system and a dust removal system. The main control system issues production instructions based on the selected process formula. The system automatically extracts raw materials from the storage bin according to the ratio. After the raw materials are weighed, they enter the mixing bin and the gravity-free mixer in turn to achieve rapid mixing operations. After meeting the mixing accuracy requirements, the finished mortar is transported to the finished product bin with secondary mixing function and enters the automatic filling process. The newly designed automatic packaging machine performs timed and quantitative filling operations as required, which greatly improves the output efficiency.
