This production line has no drying system. The raw material storage mainly includes 2 raw sand tanks (coarse sand tank and fine sand tank) and 4 powder tanks. The raw sand is obtained by purchasing finished sand from the market. The sand is lifted into the sand tank by a plate chain elevator. The coarse and fine sand of the raw sand are sent to different storage tanks through a three-way distributor. The powder tank is mainly used to store powder materials such as cement and fly ash. The main machine of the equipment adopts a 10m³ double-shaft paddle gravity-free mixer, which has high mixing uniformity and low failure rate.
